Empowering futures: Celebrating International Women's Day
PM Group is on a mission to inspire and empower the next generation of female leaders. This year as part of IWD, we are focusing on inspiring young female students.
Exploring limitless possibilities
Working with local schools and colleges, we are hosting immersive workplace days. Female students will hear first-hand from our fantastic role models. We'll share personal experiences and insights into working in the world of STEM. We will also provide valuable guidance on navigating the professional landscape.
Students will engage in interactive workplace tours. They will gain insights into being an engineer, architect, project or construction manager. They will learn about the exciting projects our teams are working on. In doing so, they will experience first-hand the innovation and inclusivity that defines PM Group's culture.
We are committed to encouraging young women into STEM. We want to support them to pursue careers that align with their passions and contribute to their long-term success.
